New Sequence Builder, Presets & Instant ATS Sync

This week, the engineering team shipped powerful updates across the entire search, sequence, and agents experience.

Here's what's new:

📮 New Sequence Builder

A cleaner, faster way to create personalized outreach with scale.

We've redesigned the sequence builder experience with a cleaner, more intuitive interface.

Juicebox now has a left sidebar that displays:

• Number of total touchpoints in your sequences
  
• The type of steps (email, connection request, etc)
  
• Dates at which each step will occur
  

You can also now drag and drop to re-order steps, rearranging your sequence with a simple click and drag.

🎯 Job Title and Autopilot Presets

Save your favorite criteria and find your next hire faster.

We've supercharged presets so you can now save your Job Titles and Autopilot criteria as reusable presets.

Starting today, you can now:

• Set up your criteria once
• Save it as a preset with a single click
• Apply those exact settings to your next search or autopilot instantly

No more rebuilding the same searches from scratch. Save your go-to criteria once, then apply them instantly to any project.

⚡ Instant Export to ATS

Now with real-time confirmation in the UI.

ATS exports have always synced instantly - but until now, you couldn’t see it happen.

Starting today, you’ll get real-time confirmation when exporting profiles to Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, and Recruiterflow with more coming soon!

Profiles also update live within Juicebox, giving you full visibility into every candidate’s status and the freshest data across your tools.

🛡️ Excluding ATS Profiles from Agents

Automatically skip candidates already in your ATS.

Avoid duplicate outreach with smarter agent sourcing.

In your Agent settings, you can now choose to exclude profiles that already exist in your ATS from the agent sourcing process.

Prevent awkward double-outreach scenarios by automatically skipping anyone already in your pipeline, whether they're active candidates or past applicants.
