Automatically create follow-up reminders to circle back to future interested talent.

We're excited to share our newest sequencing feature — Smart Reminders.

When someone replies "not right now" they may not be ready today, but might be perfect candidates for future roles.

Starting today, Juicebox automatically detects future interest signals in email responses and creates a reminder in tasks for you:

• AI detection: Identifies replies like "maybe later" or "check back next year"
• Auto-reminders: Creates scheduled tasks to revisit hiring prospects
• Custom timing: Set reminders for specific dates or time frames

📊 Engagement Level Filtering in Sequences

Identify your most engaged hiring prospects with automatic engagement scoring.

Filter talent profiles by engagement to focus on candidates actively interested in the opportunity you're sharing.

Juicebox now automatically scores every profile based on their email opens and clicks, based on the following criteria:

• High engagement: 6+ opens or 3+ clicks (your hottest prospects)
• Medium engagement: 3-5 opens with some clicks
• Low engagement: 1-2 opens, no clicks

📊 View Sequence Analytics by Mailbox

Track sequence performance across different mailbox accounts.

Using or managing multiple email accounts for outreach? Juicebox can help identify which ones are performing best.

View open rates, reply rates, and volume statistics for individual mailboxes or compare multiple accounts side-by-side.

Plus, easily track trends over 14 or 30-day periods to spot deliverability issues before they become problems.
