Today, we’re rolling out a new Reporting and Analytics experience in Juicebox.

You now have access to a set of dashboards that provide real-time visibility into what's converting, AI Agent performance, and team activity within Juicebox - all in one place.

Here's a look at what's new:

Track performance across sequences and outreach

Outreach Analytics has a refreshed look and clearer breakdowns to understand how your sequences are performing over time.

You can now quickly see:

  • Reply, interest, and bounce rates
  • Time to first contact
  • Performance across user-run vs. agent-run sequences

This makes it easier to understand what messaging works, where candidates drop off, and how consistently your team is engaging talent.
