New Reporting & Analytics Dashboards for Recruiting Teams

Today, we’re rolling out a new Reporting and Analytics experience in Juicebox.

You now have access to a set of dashboards that provide real-time visibility into what's converting, AI Agent performance, and team activity within Juicebox - all in one place.

Here's a look at what's new:

✉️ Outreach Analytics

Track performance across sequences and outreach

Outreach Analytics has a refreshed look and clearer breakdowns to understand how your sequences are performing over time.

You can now quickly see:

• Reply, interest, and bounce rates
• Time to first contact
• Performance across user-run vs. agent-run sequences

This makes it easier to understand what messaging works, where candidates drop off, and how consistently your team is engaging talent.

📊 Usage Analytics

Understand team activity and feature adoption

Usage Analytics gives admins and team leads a high-level view of activity without digging through exports.

At a glance, you can understand:

• Org-wide usage trends over time
• Credits usage and exports
• Feature adoption across team members

It’s designed to make patterns obvious - who’s power-using Juicebox, where activity is concentrated, and how usage evolves month to month.

📈 Project Analytics

See your funnel performance by projects

Project Analytics connects search and outreach into a single funnel view, so you can see how each role is actually progressing.

Use it to understand:

• How many profiles were viewed vs. shortlisted
• Where talent drops off after contact
• Which projects are driving the strongest outcomes

This makes it easier to understand how the search for a role is going, prioritize efforts, and report on recruiting outcomes.
