We’re super excited to introduce multiple big feature updates on Juicebox this month.

Users can now request reviews of profiles on shortlists, access more advanced email sequence analytics, invite hiring managers to their projects, and more!

📋 Request a Shortlist Review

Collaboration between teams just got a major upgrade on Juicebox.

Introducing Shortlist Reviews, a new feature that allows users to initiate shortlisted profile reviews with anyone in their organization with just a click of a button.

Reviewers can approve or reject profiles from a shared shortlist, and leave detailed notes for their team or recruiting agency to review.

🤝 Hiring Manager Seats

We're also rolling out Hiring Manager Seats, the streamlined way to bring decision makers directly into your recruitment process.

Hiring Managers can now get access to their own dedicated account on Juicebox — designed for reviewing projects and leaving feedback on shortlisted talent profiles.

📝 At this time, hiring manager seats are only available for Business plan users.

📊 Advanced Email Analytics

Meet your all-new advanced email analytics dashboard.

Get deeper insights into your campaign and individual user performance within your organization: 

Users can now view metrics, such as:

• Number of days until first reply
• Number of replies with interested candidates - identified with AI
• Performance tracking of individual team members, and more

📝 At this time, advanced email analytics are only available to Growth or Business plan users.

🚫 Do-Not-Contact Lists

Maintaining proper outreach boundaries can be crucial for talent teams and talent profiles.

Juicebox users now have do-not-contact functionalities to give you full control of who your team can contact and prevent from contacting.

Admins can set rules within settings, and profiles who unsubscribe from emails are tagged as do-not-contact on the contacts page.

🏷️ Contacts Page and Tags

Lastly, we've added a new Contacts Page, a comprehensive list of talent profiles users have shortlisted or contacted from a sequence — across all your projects.

Custom tags may also be added to profiles for easier filtering and organization.
