🤖 Auto-Drafted Email Replies

Let Juicebox draft email responses based on how you usually write

When candidates reply to your email outreach, Juicebox now automatically drafts a response in your writing style - handling both interested and not interested candidate responses.

Starting today, you can:

• Get auto-drafted replies directly in your email inbox for every candidate
• Review personalized responses written in your tone and voice
• Edit and send with one click, or turn off auto-drafting anytime

No more going back and forth about how to respond. Juicebox grabs context from the email thread and writes the first draft - you just review and hit send.

🧃 Note: You must enable auto-drafting in your Juicebox account under mailbox permission

🔐 Mailbox Permissions

Control which team members can send sequences from each mailbox

Set permissions at the mailbox level to decide who can send sequences from which inboxes.

For each connected mailbox, you can now configure:

• Public: Everyone in the org can send sequences from this mailbox
• Private: Only the mailbox user and users you specify can send sequences - select and share with specific team members from the dropdown
  

Prevent accidental sends from the wrong inbox and ensure the right users have send-on-behalf sequencing access.

Understand your top Juicebox power users on the team

Your Usage Analytics dashboard now shows exactly who on your team is using Juicebox with a detailed usage leaderboard.

Track and sort key metrics by user, such as:

• Searches: Number of searches run
• Autopilots: Autopilot agents created
• Shortlisted: Profiles added to shortlists
• Exported: Profiles exported to ATS or CSV
• ...and more!
