Why I Joined Juicebox

Over the last few years, I’ve been fortunate to help build and scale teams at companies like Webflow and other high-growth organizations. I’ve seen what great looks like, and I’ve also felt the real friction that shows up when a business grows faster than its ability to hire.

When I started thinking about my next chapter, I wasn’t looking for the next role. I was looking for the opportunity to build again, to work on a problem I deeply understand, and to join a team that would challenge me as much as I would challenge them.

That search led me to Juicebox.

A Problem I’ve Lived Firsthand

Recruiting touches every part of a business, yet it is often underestimated.

I’ve lived the reality of:

  • Aligning on the right profiles across teams
  • Sifting through thousands of candidates
  • Moving fast without sacrificing quality
  • Doing all this while still running your core function

Even with the privilege of working alongside strong talent partners, it is hard. And when headcount goals are missed, the impact is immediate and tangible. Revenue slows. Teams stretched thin. Momentum stalls.

Juicebox is solving this problem in a way that immediately resonated with me. The product helps teams focus on signal over noise, identify the right candidates faster, and make confident hiring decisions without turning recruiting into a full-time job for every leader. It is not about adding more tools. It is about giving teams clarity, speed, and leverage at a moment when hiring quality matters more than ever.

What I’m Hearing From Customers

One of the strongest signals for me came from early customer conversations.

Across companies already using Juicebox, including teams at Ramp, Perplexity, CreatorIQ, and Coastal Recruiting, I’m hearing the same themes. Juicebox is amplifying teams. It is shifting operating models. And it is having a real, measurable impact on hiring outcomes and the broader business.

There is genuine customer love for Juicebox. Not just appreciation for what it does, but excitement about how it fits into existing workflows and makes work easier. Juicebox already supports a growing base of customers, and it is clear the product is becoming core to how many teams hire.

That kind of pull matters. It is hard to fake and even harder to sustain without real value underneath.

Why Juicebox Felt Different

From my earliest conversations, it was clear that David and Ishan are exceptional founders. They are focused, sharp, and deeply thoughtful about what they are building. Just as importantly, they care deeply about their team. About how people grow, how they are supported, and how they show up every day.

They have the ability to challenge me while being open to being challenged themselves. That balance creates an environment where strong ideas win and progress compounds.

The broader team reflects that same mindset. These are builders at heart. People who want to create real impact on the business and on each other. They are eager to learn, hungry to close, and invested in the craft of what they do.

Even early on, a few things stand out about Juicebox:

  • The team cares deeply about customers
  • There is a high bar for ownership and craft
  • People are motivated by impact, not optics

There is momentum here, paired with real intentionality. That combination is powerful.

How I’m Thinking About My Role

I’ve had the opportunity to help build go-to-market teams at critical stages before. One thing I’ve learned is that scaling is not just about playbooks or process. It is about knowing when to zoom out and when to get into the details.

Being able to think strategically about where the business needs to go while still working deals, refining messaging, or building sequences alongside the team is a muscle I have built over time. It is also the part of the job I enjoy most.

I’ve been asked about my vision for the GTM team at Juicebox. The short answer is that it will evolve. The longer answer is that at its core, I want to:

  • Get Juicebox into the hands of every talent professional globally
  • Build world-class teams that are proud of their craft
  • Empower people to elevate how to sell, support and partner with customers
  • Have fun while doing meaningful work

Juicebox is entering an important new GTM phase, and there is a real opportunity to build something thoughtful, durable, and human.

Looking Ahead

AI is reshaping how decisions are made, how work gets done, and how companies scale. But technology alone is not the answer. The real opportunity is in building tools that amplify good judgment, reduce friction, and allow people to focus on what actually matters.

As I look back on my career, it has become increasingly important to me that I can point to moments where I helped influence not just the growth of a company, but the growth of people and their careers.

Early on, I once had a CRO tell me, “You are the CEO of your own career. No one will advocate for you the way you will.” I believe that is true. But I also believe great leaders have a responsibility to be powerful advocates for their teams. To create environments where people can do the best work of their careers and grow faster than they thought possible.

That is what I hope to help build at Juicebox.

I’m incredibly excited about what’s ahead and grateful to be part of shaping what comes next.
